1. Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

All products sold on our website — including but not limited to sample packs, loops, and sound libraries — are digital downloads and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Accidental purchases

• Incompatibility with your software, DAW, or hardware

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Download issues caused by your internet connection or local device errors

Please ensure your system is compatible before making a purchase.

2. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Exception

Under EU consumer protection law, digital content is typically subject to a 14-day cancellation period. However, this right does not apply once a download has begun, if the customer has given prior consent.

By purchasing our products, you expressly agree to waive your right to the 14-day withdrawal period once the download has started.

3. Fraud Prevention & Licensing Terms

We actively monitor transactions for misuse and enforce our licensing terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Filing false refund claims or chargebacks

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling products without permission

• Participating in group buys or unauthorized collective purchases

Violations may result in:

• Immediate termination of your access

• Permanent loss of future purchasing privileges

• Legal action for breach of intellectual property rights

4. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in the following rare cases:
